排烟管道的设计和安装不合理，往往会造成厨房排烟不通畅，直接影响油烟净化器的使用。其主要原因有以下几种：
Unreasonable design and installation of smoke exhaust pipe often leads to poor smoke exhaust in kitchen, which directly affects the use of fume purifier. The main reasons are as follows

(1) The ventilation area of the main exhaust pipe is not enough, and the gas flow rate is too large. According to the engineering experience, the wind speed in the main exhaust pipe should not exceed 15m / s. Otherwise, after a period of operation (such as a year later), it is easy to cause the smoke exhaust system is not smooth. In the operation practice of oil fume purifier, most cases are caused by insufficient ventilation area of exhaust pipe, and the gas velocity in the pipe is more than 15m / s.
（2）排烟管道由于要穿过建筑梁而使管道通风截面积变小，截面上阻力增加，造成气流不通畅。
(2) Because the smoke exhaust pipe has to pass through the building beam, the ventilation cross-sectional area of the pipe becomes smaller, and the resistance on the cross-sectional area increases, resulting in the air flow is not smooth.
（3）排烟管道在穿过建筑梁或躲避其它设备管道时，排烟管道中的一段会低于整体排烟管道平面。在使用一段时间后，由于油水混合物会积聚在较低的那段排烟管道中，直接影响排烟通畅。
(3) When the smoke exhaust pipe passes through the building beam or avoids other equipment pipes, one section of the smoke exhaust pipe will be lower than the plane of the whole smoke exhaust pipe. After using for a period of time, the oil-water mixture will accumulate in the lower section of the exhaust pipe, which directly affects the smooth exhaust.
（4）不同楼层的厨房油烟通过同一主管道排出，离出口近的楼层厨房排烟效果较好，而较低楼层的厨房排烟不通畅。
(4) The kitchen fume of different floors is discharged through the same main pipe. The floor near the exit has better smoke exhaust effect, while the kitchen smoke exhaust of lower floor is not smooth.
