烟道设备的操作方法
Operation method of flue equipment
1、打开机器，在内、外模制品接触面刷一层机油以方便脱模；
1. Open the machine, brush a layer of oil on the contact surface of internal and external moulds to facilitate demoulding;
2、在内模外围围上放一圈网格布或钢丝网；
2. Put a circle of mesh cloth or wire mesh around the inner mold;
3、将混合好的砂浆放入内模和外模之间的缝隙直至填满；
3. Put the mixed mortar into the gap between the inner mold and the outer mold until it is filled;
4、启动振动泵，同时现场情况逐步添加水泥砂浆，待水泥砂浆静止时关闭振动泵。
4. Start the vibration pump, add the cement mortar gradually according to the site conditions, and close the vibration pump when the cement mortar is still.
5、内部加热，加快水泥初凝时间；
5. Internal heating to accelerate the initial setting time of cement;
6、待水泥表面达到一定硬度时开始脱模，先收内模左右两侧，后收上下两侧，限位开关控制其行程；
6. When the cement surface reaches a certain hardness, start to demould, first close the left and right sides of the internal mold, then close the upper and lower sides, and the limit switch controls its stroke;
7、沿脱模方向轻推水泥制品即可轻松脱模，脱模后分别复位内模上下和左右两侧；
7. The cement products can be easily demoulded by gently pushing along the demoulding direction. After demoulding, the upper and lower parts of the internal mold and the left and right sides of the internal mold can be reset respectively;
8、将水泥制品用轮转车运到待晾区域，重复以上操作，开始下一制品生产。
8. Transport the cement products to the area to be dried by wheel car, repeat the above operations and start the next production.
